Our Lady Star of the Sea School is a Roman Catholic elementary school (K-8) located in Bremerton, Washington.  Our Lady Star of the Sea families live in Bremerton and in surrounding Kitsap County communities, including Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Kingston, Silverdale, and area naval installations. 

We are fully accredited by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools (NAAS) and by the Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA). WCEA accredits Catholic elementary and secondary schools in nine western states (26 archdioceses) and the US Territory of Guam. WCEA co-accredits and is in partnership with three Regional agencies (WASC, NAAS, NCA CASI) and two private agencies (CAIS and HAIS).  WCEA began in 1957 in San Francisco and has a long and successful history of assisting school improvement through the accreditation process.

Our school is one of fifty-nine Roman Catholic elementary schools located in the Seattle Archdiocese.  Our Lady Star of the Sea School is also a state-approved school, a member of the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA), and a member of the Washington Federation of Independent Schools (WFIS).
